McCann School of Business and Technology is the Scranton Enterprise Center’s (SEC) third floor anchor tenant. As with the campuses in Mahanoy City, Pottsville and Sunbury, the Scranton campus will offer programs in medical, legal, computer networking and programming, office administration, and business/accounting.

Students are required to participate in McCann’s Externship Program, completing 78 to 156 hours in their externships to gain a “hands on” experience in their chosen field. Faculty and staff work closely with the students to find a site that will give him or her a valuable experience. Nearly 90% of McCann’s graduates find jobs within six months of graduation. McCann also has articulation agreements with many four-year colleges.

In addition to the many career services McCann offers its students, field trips and guest speakers are included for more hands on experience. Clubs such as Student Council and chapters of the American Marketing Association and Circle K give McCann a community feeling where students can network with one another.
