The Scranton Enterprise Center (SEC) is located in a Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone (KOEZ). Eligible businesses
that locate within the Scranton Enterprise Center will realize the benefits of the KOEZ program. These benefits include an
abatement of essentially all taxes including local real estate taxes and gross receipts taxes, and Pennsylvania's corporate
net income tax and its capital stock and franchise tax, through December 31, 2013.
